David Schifter is a versatile American actor seen in the semi-recurring role of Detective J.D. Walker on ID Discovery Channel's "Lt. Kenda: Homicide Hunter," and Tyler Perry's "The Have & Have Nots." He began life in front of the camera as a teenager as host of a New York cable TV show "Spotlight on Teens."
